Our Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible for Refund
- You were charged but never received access to the purchased content.
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not attempted more than 1 mock paper.
Not Eligible for Refund
- You have attempted 2 or more mock papers in the purchased series.
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You purchased during a promotional or discounted period (unless there is a technical fault).
- Change of mind after actively using the product.
How to Request
Email hello@365test.in with the subject line "Refund Request – [your order ID]". Include:
- Your registered email address.
- Order ID or payment reference.
- Reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Platform, please contact us at hello@365test.in before requesting a refund - we will do our best to resolve the issue first.
